With today being the first offical opening day for the Nordstroms that is spitting distance from us, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our beloved local boutiques......without us we would all look the same!

Coming up on six years....

It has been a long, winding, twisty, up and down, in and out six years here at habit. 

We have survived an onslaught of big box stores (hello Anthropologie and Nordstroms), a nationwide recession, three break in's, one flood, the birth of two kids (add two more for my previous manager, Talitha), birds in the store, squirrels in the store, celebrities in the store....and I look back on all of it and realize that I would not have changed a thing.
